Inclusion finance: We shall hold a national consultative forum with farmers to discuss and learn about the national budgeting process.

Venue: Sagana Getaway resort, Muranga County.
This will be in preparation for budget FY 2019/20 submissions from stakeholders in January 2019. Where the national Treasury called for public hearing on the sector budget Proposals.
This will be a process where all sectors classified according to the Classification of Government Functions (COFOG) will share their reports for the FY 2017/18 and 2018/19 while presenting their proposals for funding in the FY 2019/20.
